Winter Vaccinations
Looking to get a seasonal vaccine privately?
Skip the NHS queues and waiting lists and get it done with us!
When should I get my Winter vaccine(s)?
Winter vaccinations are named as such because they cover viruses most prevalent during Winter. All our vaccines are expected to offer protection for at least 6+ months (though this does vary between people). We recommend that if you’re interested in getting a vaccination, you do so early in the season.
This means you should aim to book from September onwards.
If you’ve missed the start of the season, but you’d like to be protected, we still recommend getting vaccinated.
FAQs

Don’t worry! Having a needle phobia is very common, and certainly nothing we haven’t seen before.
Please let us know in advance of a needle phobia. This will allow us to prepare the consultation in such a way that you won’t be shown the needle.
We aim to make each consultation as comfortable as possible for each patient. The vaccination itself usually takes seconds, and you’re always welcome to bring a friend or family member with you to help with nerves.

Our vaccine service prices vary from service to service. We recommend you check each individual page for up-to-date pricing.
The price of a vaccine covers the full consultation, writing and dispensing of the prescription, and administration of the vaccine.

Your vaccine will be prescribed and administered by a pharmacist on-site. Our base pharmacist, Vicky, will most likely be who you see, but if she can’t be in, it will be another Independent Prescriber pharmacist.

As we are a private pharmacy with no NHS contract, we are unable to deliver any NHS services, including vaccines. If you’re eligible for a vaccine your GP or local health authority may be able to signpost you to the correct NHS provider.

You are always more than welcome to use our private services. We would ask that you notify your GP if you choose us to give your vaccines, as it should be added to your health records, and they can remove you from any current waiting lists for appointment availability.
