Autumn and Winter provide some of the most beautiful scenery, cosy nights, snow, Christmas, and of course, a great excuse for yummy foods like roast dinners, soups, lots (and lots and lots) of chocolates and sweeties.

However, these seasons can also provide challenges for our health.

How can I safeguard my health during the colder months?

There’s lots of ways to prevent illnesses and ailments from getting you down during these seasons:

  • Wash your hands

  • Cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze

  • Take vitamin D supplements

  • Stick to a regular waking and sleeping routine

  • Ensure you’re adequately wrapped up on colder days

  • Get your Winter vaccines
