Autumn and Winter provide some of the most beautiful scenery, cosy nights, snow, Christmas, and of course, a great excuse for yummy foods like roast dinners, soups, lots (and lots and lots) of chocolates and sweeties.

There’s lots of ways to prevent illnesses and ailments from getting you down during these seasons:
Wash your hands
Cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze
Take vitamin D supplements
Stick to a regular waking and sleeping routine
Ensure you’re adequately wrapped up on colder days
Use a non-perfumed, greasier moisturiser
