January - You Made It!
Congratulations one and all - you’ve made it through the ‘blue month’. January brings with it many challenges, from lack of sunlight which affects our sleeping patterns and overall happiness, to the cold (and here in Scotland, very temperamental) weather, to the post-Christmas blues. It’s not an easy month to work through, but hang in there, because better weather, lighter days and most importantly, Summer, are on the way!
We’ve taken the time in January to improve our services. We’re continuing to update our website, looking at ways to increase the accessibility of our healthcare and aesthetics services, and developing potential training for other healthcare professionals.
It’s been a busy month, so watch this space for exciting updates to come this 2025!
